Omg, guys! 😍 the view from the room to madison avenue was lit 🔥. Room had all necessary stuff, like iron & mini-bar. But staff vibe was a bit meh 🙁.

Enjoyed the stay, it was very good for the price. Muffins and cheese were better than expected. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. Marvellous and favourable location, walking distance to Madison Square Park.

Loved that the place was impeccably clean and stuff and location where good. I stayed 5 nights and will be back when visiting United States of America.

The James hotel was a mixed experience, but the good outweighed the bad. The stylish decor and free wine at Happy Hour were delightful touches. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for the noisy ventilation and sensitive light switches in our room. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Manhattan.

Staff were cool and we loved our time there. Rooms - excellent, amazing with bathroom and a good bed, as example. Natural lighting. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to meatpacking district, Times Square, Manhattan. The fast check-in too.

The rooms were spacious with comfy beds. Staff were friendly, especially the doorman. Great location for exploring NYC. Enjoyed the wine hour and morning coffee. Some areas needed upkeep, but overall a cool vibe. Hidden charges and cleanliness issues, but a good stay overall.

The stuff where polite, the room was brand-new with lovely bathroom, a fantastic view plus excellant beds.

The in-room workout at Aerospace, led by Michael Olajide Jr, was invigorating and provided an engaging fitness experience for my family. The holiday staple show with Santa, wooden soldiers, and the dazzling Rockettes was a delightful treat for the kids, creating lasting memories of joy and laughter during our stay in New York.

My wife says that for families with children, it would be great to have more kid-friendly dining options within the hotel.

Good beds, iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch...

Staff and rooms are very good, I loved exceptionally comfortable bed. New York is good for weekend, 33rd Street underground station is nearby.

I chose this hotel for a work trip to attend a brainstorming session, and the 5,000 square feet of prime event space was perfect for our needs. The staff was kind and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring different parts of the city.

The only service I missed for my work needs was a more attentive response from the staff when I needed assistance with setting up the event space.

The suite at The James NoMad was super cozy and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The decor was modern yet warm, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city.

The bathroom lighting was a bit dim for my liking, but some may find it cozy.

Hotel superbly located between Flatiron and Empire State Building. Times Square only 10 minutes away. Easy to get around by bus and subway, as it is very well served. nice hotel. Pleasant lobby, lounge area, water and fruit at will. Friendly staff. We were 5, in Suite 2 Queen beds (59m2), so it was spacious. sofa bed is less comfortable but still good. We didn't test the restaurant adjoining the hotel, well rated, we recommend the Italian Marta just across the street. We went there twice. Superb!

The laundry trolleys constantly stored in the corridor are not very welcoming.

I sincerely recommend it. The hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan, so most of the attractions are within walking distance. The room is big, clean with good quality cosmetics. The bed is very comfortable. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast is available as a room delivery option. Unfortunately, I got a cold one. Moreover, for its price it was very modest.

Although the room had comfy beds and spacious bathroom, there were some inconveniences like no luggage racks and high prices for in-room coffee. Fantastic location and friendly staff saved the stay.

The location is ideal near the metro... flatiron at 3 min. view on the empire state. bedding and especially cushions at the top. Free coffee in the morning and a fresh glass of wine in the evening... thank you.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a place to eat breakfast, nor a cafeteria. You can have breakfast in your room, which is quite expensive, but it doesn't have the right amenities to do so. In our case it was a quadruple room and only had two chairs, a stool and a small table, designed for 2 / 3 people. Not four.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions and the subway. The room was spacious with a retro bar, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also offered free coffee and a lounge area with a view of the Empire State Building, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the occasionally unhelpful front desk staff, but overall, I had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

The attention of the staff in general was not bad but it could improve and make the guests feel more special.

Awesome location, really friendly staff, and the complimentary coffee and wine vibe in the lobby was super chill. The live entertainment and morning yoga classes added that extra zen vibe to the experience. However, it would've been nice to have more coffee facilities readily available around the clock, just missing those cozy homey touches. Overall, great spot for a quick business trip or weekend staycation! ☕

Very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby, large room which is not negligible in New York, very well soundproofed. Ideally located, in the center of Manhattan, we were able to do almost everything on foot.

I had chosen this hotel for the morning snack, I thought I had some cakes, only coffee and apples are available, as for the evening I could not appreciate the Wine & Cheese service only available for 1 hour.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. I appreciated the convenience of being close to the subway, as well as popular spots like Madison Square Garden. Unbelievably soft bed! Very clean and our room was quiet. We didn't have the sounds of New York City, contrary to what I would have thought. Small glass of wine offered at the end of the day, much appreciated.

The hotel's cozy vintage vibe won me over, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The restaurant served incredible spaghetti, but my room was a bit cramped for the high price.

I had a problem with the warranty they take on the credit card. They told me it was $300 and they took $1000 when I had paid for the entire stay in cash at the time of check in. I still don't have it solved. No hotel takes that much money as collateral. They also charged me for the consumption of the mini-bar that I hadn't made. I claimed it but they didn't solve it either. That's a shame. These things keep me from choosing it again.

During my recent stay at The James New York - Nomad, I was impressed with the really good location, just a short walk away from Times Square but far enough to enjoy some tranquility. The overall design of the hotel was lovely and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the hotel were helpful and polite, making my stay even better. The wine tasting event was a great idea and added a special touch to my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at The James in Nomad for a business trip. The lobby was sleek and modern, and the hotel had a charming vibe. The open lounge area offered refreshing lemon water and fresh fruit throughout the day. The after work social hour featured top-notch live music and delicious wine. The hotel had multiple speedy elevators, making it easy to navigate. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the on-site venues, Scarpetta and The Seville, served high-quality food. Breakfast at Scarpetta was delightful, and carafes of water could be delivered to the room upon request. I loved my stay and will definitely be back!

Bad cleaning. As is almost always the case in the United States, areas that are not in view are not cleaned for months. Unacceptable in a $300/400 a night hotel. Old windows and no soundproofing at all.

The shower had perfect pressure and the non-alcoholic minibar selection was great. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and soundproof rooms. we would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at The James in Nomad for a week-long family vacation. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us save money on transportation from the airport. The doorman was friendly and always ready to hail us a taxi. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions like the Empire State Building and Central Park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the morning coffee and fruit in the lobby were a nice touch. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

I loved the unique experiences offered by the intuitive counselors, the Union Square Holiday Market, and the amazing views from the Penthouse. The Italian fare at the restaurant was delicious.
